Registration Procedure
- To register for additional programs following full payment, please contact the ITS APF 2025 Secretariat at registration@itsap2025.org.
- The invitation letter and receipt will be issued upon receipt of full payment.
- For certain Demonstrations with limited capacity, registration will proceed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note
- Students must be enrolled at a tertiary institute at the time of the forum registration and submit a copy of student ID or enrollment certificate (issued within 3 months)
to be eligible.
- Exhibiting company participants who wish to attend the forum needs to register under the ‘Exhibition Delegates’ category. For those in this category, please contact the ITS APF 2025 Secretariat at registration@itsap2025.org.
- Exhibition Visitors will be charged a rates (USD 10) for on-site registration.
- On-site registration rates is equivalent to the standard registration rates (except for Exhibitor Visitors) and can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and AMEX are accepted).

Demonstrations & Technical Visits
Registration for Demonstrations will be available on ‘My page’ after the participant has completed their registration.
Registration for Technical Visits will be available during the online registration process.
Please note that the registration for certain Demonstrations and Technical Visits is on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacity and refunds will not available in case of non-attendance.

Payment Method
Registration will be confirmed once payment is received.
Upon receipt of full payment, a confirmation letter will be sent via e-mail.

Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and AMEX are accepted.
Wire Transfer
All bank charges are the responsibility of the participants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted.
After the transfer, please send a copy of the remittance receipt to the secretariat via email at registration@itsap2025.org, ensuring that the registrant’s name is included.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
To request a cancellation, please send an email to the secretariat at registration@itsap2025.org.
Please note that, for administrative reasons,
refunds will be processed via wire transfer after the completion of the forum, regardless of payment method. Additionally, any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
