Date: May 28 (Wed) – 30 (Fri), 2025
Venue: Conference Stage inside the Exhibition Hall
Eligibility: Open to companies participating in the exhibition, sponsorship, biz matching, or on-site demonstrations
* All presenters must complete their registration for the 2025 Suwon ITS AP Forum.
(Registration under the "Exhibition Visitor" category is acceptable.)
Time Allocation: 30 minutes per company (Minimum 15 minutes for presentation; remaining time may be used for Q&A, etc.)
Application Method: Submit the application form via Google form

Presentation Application Deadline: ~ May 14 (Wed)
Schedule Confirmation and Time Allocation Notice: ~ May 16 (Fri)
* The secretariat will allocate slots after reviewing topics and preferred times.
(Please note that your presentation may be scheduled at a time different from your preferred slot.)
Presentation Material Submission Deadline: ~ May 23 (Fri)
